TeamFit Tactics matches workout timestamps from your phone or health app with your Teamfight Tactics match history. When a workout and a match overlap, those minutes and steps become validated progress.

VALIDATE REAL WORKOUTS • Use the built-in workout timer or sync Apple Health, Health Connect, or Samsung Health • Match exercise timestamps with Riot match data • Count only the time and steps recorded while a TFT game was active

COMPETE YOUR WAY • Climb monthly global and friends leaderboards • Compare validated minutes or validated steps • Show your Ranked or Double Up rank beside your fitness score • Earn achievements for monthly finishes and workout milestones

CHALLENGE FRIENDS • Start a seven-day step battle with a friend • Follow workouts in the activity feed and send cheers • Build streaks and track your progress across the TFT set

FREE TO PLAY AND TRAIN TeamFit Tactics is free, with no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads.

A smartwatch is useful but not required. Record a workout with the built-in timer or a supported health service, play TFT, then sync to see exactly what counted.
